I know many people have said this is the likely case but I have to disagree with that assessment. Due to my local water conditions its not feasible to filter it, and it is not drinkable at all.. So I've had no choice but to drink nothing but bottled water. And I have been able to reach levels of meditation which are hard to describe, as well as reach a level of consciousness where I can see auras if I focus on it, and Ive been achieving states of divine insight. Either my pineal gland is particularly robust or the whole calcification of the pineal gland thing is a misconception.

It's not a misconception, I read about it. Calcification of the pineal gland is considered to be OK since we get oral protection from karies. In Norway, we use UV filters for our drinking water. I don't understand why you say that you disagree with my assessment. The bottled water you drink will not cause calcification of the pineal gland (AFAIK), I was just saying that the alternative for flouride tap water is bottled water which contains BPA from plastic. BPA has xenoestrogenous effects on the human body - that's the issue with BPA, not calcification. Therefore I don't think you're particularly prone to having a calcified pineal gland, I was just stating/warning that bottled water/soda/all liquids in regular plastic containers contain BPA, which is bad for us in a different way than flouride.

The rumor it's some kind of psychotropic drug was spread if not started by the fear and lothing in las vegas movie, I'm sure it appears in the book as well but the movie has an intense scene where the main character takes it and freaks out. There's also a story about how at an early showing some doper type guy approached a writer or producer or someone like that and commended him on how accurate the portrayal was, saying he had taken it himself, and the movie guy claimed he didn't have the heart to tell him it was made up. Anything is possible but it seems like the small number of people who do manage to obtain and consume it, and are willing to tell people about it, say it does nothing but raise your pulse a little or make your vison slightly off like having waves in the periphery. Pure adrenaline also does practically nothing when injected and generally the body doesn't work this way.
These people might still engage in things like eating adrenal glands thinking it'll give them power or whatever sick shit but all indications seem to be it's not a drug
