So I don't know if the rest of you know but for the last couple of weeks (if not months) people in Serbia have been protesting against their president. The protests showed up around the same time as the yellow west in France but unlike the yellow west they seem to follow a strict non-violence code, main focus of the protests does seem to be corruption.
However while in the Balkans last months I heard some disturbing piece of news on Al Jazeera and it might involve child trafficking. For the last 40 years around 10 000 mothers have been told that their child day shorty after birth, but they are not allowed to see their child after getting these news. Imagine that, 10 000 kidnapped children in the last 40 years and who is behind this? The jews don't care about Serbia, gypsies don't have enough control to pull this off and the government has nothing to gain from it
I forgot to mention there is also rising tension with Kosovo, come to think of it I think the protests started to show up around the same time that relationships went bad.
The protesters are leftist, separatist, junkie trash
Logan Nguyen
Montenegrins are the most violent people in the Balkans, second only to Albanians In Montenegro it was almost law that you had to take vengeance for every slight
Holy shit, thats some next level coruption. Hang them high serbia!
Jeremiah Richardson
You should hear about the money laundering schemes
Sebastian Reed
so who is it?????
Michael Mitchell
Yes. And the main spokespeople for the opposition are a couple of junkie actors. It's basically people who are nostalgic of the reign of the Democratic Party post 2000, when demsoc and antifa faggots were rampant in Serbia. Current government is trash who are onnly now catching on to neoliberalism but I'd support them over these fags any day.
>The jews don't care about Serbia Of course they do user, they want to Islamize the balkans
Luke Clark
Baby kidnappings are not an issue anymore. The problem is no one was prosecuted for it and justice was not done. Also it has nothing to do with the protests.
Nathan Thompson
>Also it has nothing to do with the protests I never claimed there was and are you saying they solved the baby kidnappings in one month?
William Carter
You're an idiot. And Autonomasi were an obvious plants by the government.
The government is gay and so is the opposition. They are absolutely one and the same thing except the opposition likes to LARP as being "decent" (they package prettier lies). What I like most about this government is that they're uneducated peasants and you can see right through them, so if you want you can choose to just not watch TV and tune the propaganda out, just live your life. Meanwhile pic related was even more omnipresent than the current warden of this concentration camp we call a country
Baby kidnappings were never solved. It obviously goes way way too deep, but idk why you make a thread about both protests and kidnappings when they are not connected.
Landon Rogers
>Autonomasi were an obvious plants by the government. Yeah, and your pic related are totally legit. For some reason nobody is rioting about our PM being a lesbian and pride parades are carried out with no problem. I wonder who could be behind the rightists? >protip: it's pussylips
Hunter Perez
Because they are both happenings and I'd figure that combining the two in one post gives more rise to discussions
Grayson Fisher
>you can choose to just not watch TV and tune the propaganda out, just live your life Yea just fall asleep while the country is falling apart. Just eat drink fuck. Live the life goy! >nobody is rioting about our PM being a lesbian She is a puppet that can't even speak properly, you don't riot against puppets. It's not like she will stay PM if Vucic falls.
Kidnappings were happenings. They aren't anymore.
Elijah Scott
What is your position, exactly? I'm supposed to listen to fucking Branislav Trifunovic holding speeches at rallies or what?
Leo Green
>Kidnappings were happenings Right but what's the gossip, who did it and why?
Connor White
The spark for the yellow vest protests were about gas hikes. Perhaps the baby thing could ignite a something like the Otpor movement (although that was artificially financed by Soros).
>American involved in a communist countries politics You think? Whatever gave you that idea
Connor Gonzalez
Except Serb officials bragged openly on national TV about going to Budapest for money directly from Soros. Old George wasn't taboo back then
Christopher Smith
Bombing civilian targets is a war crime.
Aiden Powell
so jews are buying babies for sacrifice from serbia.. whatta fucked up country you live in selling babies for human sacrifice
Charles Murphy
Doctors did it for money. Who did they give children to? Idk. Pedos, people who couldn't have children, cannibals etc. Why would they care. They got payed.
My position is to express my discontent at the current government. I do not support any politician who is participating on the protests and will vote for POKS most likely. But a fair conditions for the election must be met. Vucic is going down the same road Milosevic did. Ignoring and ridiculing the protests. He will now declare yet another premature general elections and will "win" even more because opposition won't participate and that will fuel even bigger discontent. History repeats itself.
>I'm supposed to listen to fucking Branislav Trifunovic holding speeches Who he is is not important. What he says is. He is not saying anything wrong.
It's literally a non issue as it doesn't happen anymore. No one talks about it publicly, not even those who were affected by it. Our family's friends had their baby stolen. There was nothing then as there is nothing now that can be done about it. As much as it sounds appalling, there are more pressing things in the country.
Cameron Jenkins
Fine lets just settle on both
Logan Ross
>Vucic is going down the same road Milosevic did. Overthrowing Milosevic wasn't a good thing senpai >Who he is is not important. What he says is. He is not saying anything wrong. Yes it is important. Trifunovic are degenerate heroin users. They have no morale authority. Matter of fact, the opposition holds no real power. They just whine about "decency" while being liberal degenerate pro EU cucks. At least Vucic has the intelligence services, media, and hooligans by the balls. That's real power.
Benjamin Gray
>At least Vucic has the intelligence services, media, and hooligans by the balls. That's real power. But he dosen't have the mafia?
Evan Rodriguez
ofc he does, the mafia is the state, always has been.
Brandon Hill
>>American involved in countries politics Fixed. The US still follows Realpolitk and doesn't care; especially with the neocon and neoliberal establishment.
I wasn't a fan of Milosevic or the socialists, but militaristic regime change, CIA public destabilization campaigns, and UN kangaroo court show trials were a travesty. The Yugoslav/Kosovo wars are rarely ever talked about here on the news as it's been gradually scene as an American disgrace of foreign intervention.
The situation is very similar to the current war in Syria in that public opinion doesn't see the point in some "moral" regime change for Assad (despite Neocon/Neolib outcry to push Trump to escalate).
So are Serbians about to destabilize their government so Croats can invade?
Evan Morgan
Remove kebab mode engaged
David Miller
Is a Constitutional Monarchy a possibility?
Jack Martinez
>Overthrowing Milosevic wasn't a good thing Yes it was. He was a failed leader turned dictator. >They just whine about "decency" while being liberal degenerate pro EU cucks. As opposed to Vucic who grovels in front of Merkel, other EU officials and IMF, has put a lesbian for PM, has private meetings with Soros junior and Tony Blair, thinks German protestant philosophers are the most amazing people that lived, spreads defeatism in the populace and so on. >That's real power. Yea in the hands of a traitor.
Cooper Foster
This is a communist country. Even the nationalists are commies. Once you go communist the mentality can never be washed away.
David Jackson
It's an increasing possibility as boomers die off. But as of now, it's unlikely.
Evan Sanders
I don't think there is anyone with royal blood left
Parker Carter
Such a conflicted national identity. Monarchist that yearn for Tito's Yugoslavia. A sovereign country that's been straddling the fence between Eurocentrism and Euroscepticism for two decades. A demoralized ethnostate.
As much as I loath the stormfag larps, Serbia would've been an excellent candidate for a modernized Monarchical national socialism. Though the only way this would be possible is if the EU collapses, the US continued to be more paleoconservative in its foreign policy, thus reducing the West's influence on the artificiality of Serbia's domestic politics.
Caleb Scott
? I've met the Karadjordjevic family in person.
Daniel Gonzalez
Ironically, all the boomer diaspora are pro-monarchist here.
Thomas Gray
>leftist are protesting the lesbian PM
I don't think so, Slobo. Spunds to me you are shillong for some NGO.
Your butch dyke PM and the western shill President need to go. He will literally agree to EVERYTHING to get into the EU including giving up Kosovo.
Henry Allen
He's playing "The Game" like every other corrupt self serving politician; leveraging one side to get a better deal from the other (all the while selling out the country).
Ryan Collins
The leaders of the protest are
What needs to be done is that Bosko and Stamatovic tell the yellow menace (that gave birth to SNS) and all the bot patriJots to kys nigger and take over the protests to make them based and redpilled. It would make the libshits seethe and the entire structure would collapse since the controlled opposition won't be able to reconcile with SNScucks
>people in Serbia have been protesting other-serbians(cucks) we literally don't have people like that in croatia wtf serbia
Cameron Nguyen
that's why they're the diaspora bruh
Joshua White
>Such a conflicted national identity. Welcome to the Balkans
Logan Bennett
I'm generally confused about the history of the Baltic states but this one still gave me a hearty chuckle
Oliver Gutierrez
Naturally, because there are many descendants of those who fled from the communists
Parker Morris
Nah, he's a literal cuck and spineless bastard. There is data that he was picked for the position exactly because he's like that
Grayson Bennett
>Monarchical national socialism
that's unironically what most based patriots/nationalists want, even though they don't call it national socialism due to our... not so nice history with the Germans. We know that this country is shit, and that the people are shit, and that it takes EXTREME means to fix it
Sebastian Jackson
Yes pls this is why I was lurking the thread. I used to play a vanilla WoW server with a ton of serbs and croats and I really miss all the very hateful banter
Ethan Green
I used to really hate Vučić until those protests 2-3 years ago. Then I started liking him more and more especially because he has great relationship with Russia. I support anyone who's hater by Western shills, leftists and Russophobes.
Noah Rodriguez
In the end we will miss the days off Slobodan Milosevic
I'm no fan of jews but the state Israel is one the most based countries. They were the first one to help Serbs in Bosnia and send then weapons to protect themselves from Islamic terrorists.
>including giving up Kosovo. How does one give up what they don't have?
Justin Green
>but unlike the yellow west they seem to follow a strict non-violence code So it will accomplish fuck all.
Cheers for the update.
Oliver Anderson
It's one thing to give up a territory under duress of war, and something else entirely when you lose control in "peacetime". Signing it off would set a dangerous precedent that you wouldn't like, seeing that your idiotic, autistic, and retarded law system is literally based on precedents
Nathaniel Sanders
Kosovo was lost under the duress of war, at no point did Serbia administer Kosovo from roughly 1999 until independence in 2008.
Liam Clark
Just wake me when Serbia is broken up between Croatia and whatever shitty countries that are less shitty than serbs are there. Hey if that happens then the Serb flag becomes a meme flag right?
Christopher Turner
i don't believe the communist government in Serbia prior to 1991 would have been trafficking children like that. the communists were innocent and pure. at least a lot more pure than the capitalist kikes that came to replace them.
Jackson Cook
I bulit him ot of snow last year and made dad cry for the secound time in his life
Ian Ramirez
sorry to dissapoint but that will never happen Sloba was shit but he was better then the past two goverments and the current one
My dad too,it's even harder for him because he was protesting against him back then.
Jordan Reyes
Why didn't you guys ever want the diaspora back after socialism fell? No honest attempts were made to entice them to resettle.
Perhaps what I mentioned above would be an extreme means toward fixing Serbia's politics and culture. You'd bring back a bunch of wealthy diaspora from the West, the boomers could retire in their homeland affordably, meanwhile the political demographics would shift to pro-monarchist and right.
Carter Lopez
His hands were tied after 1992 as Serbia and Montenegro would have been bombed by NATO if we stayed in Croatia,a pitty because Osijek was about to fall.
Ian Cox
source?
Brayden Anderson
>caring >anyone
Isaac Reed
Because both democrats were and current progressives are too busy destroying the country. There are billions of dollars that we receive from diaspora every year that get lost who the fuck knows where Diaspora is repressed, we head nothing of our diaspora ever here. There are some patriotic organization that keep strong ties with them, but that's about it. It''s really a shame because we have some really smart people in diaspora, but hopefully it will change.
Caleb Perry
Go there and throw an egg at him. If you hit him in the face you'll be the hero of Jow Forums. You can't possibly get persecuted for throwing an egg at the opposition.
Jose Morris
about what that Croatia was accepted by the UN and that the Serbian army was seen as an invasion and that we had no buissnes in a Croatian civil meme war,or that the second defensive circle off Osijek was about to break and that would take place genocide would put even Ovcara and Vukovar to shame that Croats love to bitch and moan so much.
The war was over for JNA when Croatia was accepted to the UN as a member something that Kosovo and Palestine are not accepted even to this day.
Brandon Powell
LOL
Brandon Cox
Try asking diaspora if they ever thought about returning. Boomer. 1st gen. Doesn't matter.
You'll be amazed at the interest they have. It's always been there, just that there's never been a movement surrounding this sentiment.
Easton Williams
That is because UN resolution 777 was unanimously approved, but our papucar didn't agree with that, he was too cool for that I guess.
Adam Rodriguez
It merged with the state ma nigga
Connor Jackson
You are right, a country that is constantly in revolution mode is going to fail. You can't expect to have a revolution every decade and not end up like Ukraine or Somalia. If people start protesting after a Democratic election because they've lost it's a clear sign that Democracy has failed and should be ended because if these people who protest come into power they wont respect Democratic rules at all.
Josiah Reyes
I know no one in diaspora. I have an aunt in Slovenia, but she's nearing her 70th birthday. I would love to see them come back, but an initiative is needed from the government and they just couldn't care about that.
Ayden Price
I don't want to be threatened or killed by Mafia. Also I don't like it having to fear that people will steal from me and break into my home. All of that (the stealing, not the Mafia stuff) has happened multiple times to me in Serbia. But I will still try.
