Bringing the DACA extension proposal to a vote is too risky a gamble, I think. The Dems will cave and take the offer, but weasel out of the wall any way they can. Expecting a fair deal out of them is what fucked Reagan over and if Trump isn't careful, the same may happen to him. I have faith in the man, but they should be removing the offer from the table the minute Dems reject it, to prove Dems weren't playing ball to begin with.

Trump will make the Democrats vote against DACA. They won't vote on the bill because "it's not enough." It's true that this was a very risky thing to do. I think that is why Trump leaked the contents of the deal beforehand to make sure the Dems would reject it.
