The election is at the end of the year for us here. Morales lost the referendum to be on the ballot by 51-49%. He stacked the Supreme Court with party members and his lawsuit that the referendum was unfair was upheld and they have allowed him to be on the ballot in Dec, even though the Constitution says that a President can only serve 2 terms.
