when you see a kremlin shill, simply ask: >what do you have against the democratically elected national asseembly and parliament using their constitutional powers to stop Maduro's power grab? They get angry and cannot give an answer.
My hopes are some sort of third party movement takes hold. There are three ways this could end.
1. Like Cuba This may actually be the most likely option, seeing as it is the in between of the survival of the Maduro regime and US domination. Given that Russia, China, and Cuba have strong interests in the area and have hard earned lessons from the cold war and Arab spring, the US may not be able/willing to directly invade or support a OAS invasion of Venezuela. They may focus on supporting opposition groups, most of which are leftist or Chavist. There is a good chance an opposition leader can take power with the support of Russia or China, which would leave him neutral if not an enemy of the United States. Given that the military is the PSUV's biggest backer a coup could still occur, in support of anti-american, anti-maduro ideals.
2. Like Guatemala/Chile/etc. The United States is the most powerful country in the world and a newly strengthened Brazil and a FARC-free Colombia could easily overpower Colombia, leaving a CIA plant like Guaidó in power.
3. Like Nicaragua, El Salvador In Nicaragua and El Salvador the US eventually failed to take hold of power, in El Salvador leading to major government concessions and a failure in regime change in Nicaragua. Given Russia and China's investment in Venezuela and the U.S. weakness at regime change in recent years, this may still happen.

Why do people keep comparing Maduro to people like Assad and Gaddafi. Assad and Gaddafi actually tried, and in some ways, succeded to make their countries better. Maduro is just a fucking idiot that makes Chavez look good. Even Chavez wasn't this stupid. Chavez actually had some support. Maduro probably has about as much support as people being positive on the recent Star Wars movies.
you did not answer, what do you have against the democratically elected national asseembly and parliament using their constitutional powers to stop maduro's power grab?
