It's not necessarily bad. Whites have a much higher aversion towards it than other races in general and this is probably because many of our genetic complexes are recessive, so it stands to reason this mechanism would have to be developed for us to exist at all. So if a black and a white person have a child, that child will be more black than white. This is of course controversial politically, but everyone accepts it instinctively. Take for example someone like Obama, who is 50% of each, where everyone both black and white instinctively know he's primarily a black man. Likewise a white-asian hybrid will be perceived as an asian.
For most white people there is nothing malicious in this, it's just a natural process where we in 99% of cases do things like mate select for our own. One problem for here is that by this process, when race-mixing occurs, a caste system naturally forms with people who have a genetic claim to white society but in reality are excluded from most white mate selection and so on. This is a big part of the "hapa madness" you see cropping up now and again. Or as the supreme gentleman said it "why can't I have a blonde girlfriend?"
It's also why whites have been designated for forced mixing, because there can never be a one world government over a unified peasant monoculture as long as whites exist. So it's really a relative concept when it comes to good or bad. It all depends on what your worldview and goals are.
