Trump can view the FISA warrant. Given that every lawyer would agree he's got the declassification authority, and a naïve interpretation of US law would ALSO give that impression, the only reasonable conclusion from the fact that it's still classified is that the warrant contains information that's damning to Trump and sufficiently substantiatable that it would convince his ALLIES to defect.
