I've always thought as long as there's a good reason for abortion (rape,health of the mother, or even the health of the child in some cases) and it's early on in the pregnancy then there isn't an issue in my eyes. Some people go nuts and feel like the loss of "potential" life in very very early stages of pregnancy is the same as aborting late term, but going anywhere near due is so above and beyond insane I really can't believe this is true.
