>Collective presidency is meant to ensure representation for all 3 groups but through a flaw in the constitution Muslims, having the majority, elect both presidents from the Federation, thereby imposing their will on the Croats
>Also, Serbs elect an openly pro secession, Putin backed candidate
>Croatian parties are outraged and are preventing the formation of the Federal and State government
>Croatian parliament gets involved and passes a resolution in which they seek a change in Bosnia's constitution
>President of Croatia meets with Erdogan and gets his support in this effort
>Muslims start actively pushing for NATO integration
>Bosnian Serb president opposes this (the reason being NATO's bombing of Serbia)
>Meets with Putin to seek help against the Muslims
>Amidst all of this, Muslims yesterday announced an initiative to seek a name change for the Serb Republic at the constitutional court since they feel it discriminates against other groups living there
>The court has historically ruled in favor of Muslims as it contains EU appointed judges
>Bosnian Serb president threatens unilateral secession if the case goes to the court
>The peace agreement reached 23 years ago appointed the US and other EU powers as the guarantees of Bosnia's territorial integrity so secession would necessitate their involvement
>War could give Croats an opportunity to break off and join Croatia
>Russians will soon hold a peace council session regarding this matter
The tensions have been rising for years and these recent events could signal the end of Bosnia and a new war.
