I really think that public (anonymous) discussion about balkanization is a good way to go. 1. It has good optics since you don't talk about civil/ race war, just 'opting out' from the rest 2. It's useful to give light to the current state of whites living in USA "Look, they feel so oppressed they want to secede!". Even if they use it against you (which they'll surely do) then it'll only reinforce your message. 3.
