if you have money, definitely Greece, we are full of retired Brits and Germans here. Most time of the year its sunny and considerably cheaper than northern Europe. Especially Crete is toptier for retired northerners

I would say every single one. Question is how percentage of it is comfy. Rule of a thumb is that more developed countries have larger cities as more shitty while small cities are comfy, while less developed countries have larger cities as more comfy as opposite to the smaller one. By larger i assume 100k plus cities and by small i would go up to 50k of population.

My best childhood memories are from that area. Hope I can return one day.
