1) If you need emergency care, hospitals will not refuse you if you have no insurance.
2) Sliding scale clinics are everywhere so your broke dick can get a prescription for antibiotics
3) If you're truly fucked up in some way shape or form, you can apply for state insurance or medicare, it's not perfect, but it will prevent you from drowning in bills.

Our system isn't perfect, but there's heaps of options available for people to get care for little to no cost, but you'll never hear the leftist media mention anything about the above stated, because they want your vote more than your well being.

I loved in the UK for years and the NHS is a huge joke. Its only good if you need a 6 figure operation and can sit on a waiting list. My uncle is British and currently dying. They cant figure out the issue. They say he needs a test and there is a 3 week waiting list. Then 2 weeks to hear the results.

When I broke my ankle in England they refused to xray it because they werent sure if it was broken, which obviously never got treated correctly. Now when I walk my ankle clicks thanks to the amazing and great free British healtcare. “You can stand and are in excruciating pain, but were not 100% sure its broken so no X-ray. Heres a wrap you can buy at the store that we will put on”. They get a kickback for spending as little as possible.

In the US I've had issues and was put in a hospital, given a menu to order whatever (I could order it all), had a Playstation in my room with all the games I selected from the menu, it was great.

The NHS sucks. It's only good for big operations. My little brother had a £600k or $600k operation on his back for free from the NHS. If you're sick and want to go to the doctor, the wait is around 2 weeks. Let's say you do see one, no matter what they tell you to take over the counter medicine because they get a kickback for spending as little as possible.

In the end I bet you have no experience with the NHS and insurance healthcare in the US.
