The easiest way to explain it to normies is that it's not that they're 'bad', it's just there's a lot of jewish cronyism in certain industries, leading to Jews easily achieving high positions, particularly in media, academia, and government. And sometimes they can act in ways that negatively impact non-jews.
Personally I'm still not sure how much of it is intentional. Probably a fair amount.
