It has little physical withdraw.

They have even went as far as to label it an opioid.
Unlike opioids, no one has died from kratom alone, the very few listed deaths are from people using other drugs along with it.
It does not depress the respiratory system like opioids, so it can't make you stop breathing like they do.
It is as safe or safer than say, THC, for example.
