Thanks to this law, any Michigan citizen who “cyberbullies” a person, and if that person hurts or kills themselves, the person guilty of bullying them will face a year in prison (or a fine of $1,000), or a 20 year prison sentence (or a fine of $5,000) respectively.
According to the document, cyberbullying includes but is not limited to, posting a message to a forum that “is posted with the intent to intimidate, frighten, or harass any other person or to cause emotional distress”.
TL;DR If you hurt someone’s feelings enough to kill themselves, you can be put in prison for 20 years in the state of Michigan starting in March.
>Detroit is in Michigan Either this law is only going to be applied to white people; or it'll get tossed after the first ten nigs get sentenced. Nigs are afforded FAR more freedom to be openly shitty on their kikebooks & shit, so they'd have no fucks to give about doing so, had they any to give in the first place.

So I can't call you all niggers, spics and kikes anymore?

Freedom of speech trumps this right? I mean short from instigating harm

the internet is culling itself of the weak normies based
Is it going to work both ways is my question? Ala, like how fair and balanced Twitter is, and other cucked sites. Michigan getting more cucked all the time! Any non rhino republicans left?

SCOTUS ruled hate speech is free speech 9-0 but I'm Michigan will try to get around that by defining it as harassment. But where does that start is the question. One comment? Two comments? Someone fervently disagreeing with your political/religious position? Honestly, from what I've seen, this could hurt leftists more than anyone else.

Can't wait for "journalists" to cut themselves with a butter knife after someone criticized their amazing article

>is posted with the intent to intimidate, frighten, or harass any other person or to cause emotional distress That seems way more open ended than simply just "instigating harm". Seems like if you call someone a faggot, or hell, even tell them their weave looks like shit & they cut themselves, you can get nailed for "emotional distress". It'd be funny as fuck if an /ourguy/ got some shit said about their "toxic white masculinity" & went on a cutting spree "behind it", thus forcing them to give a blatant exception or eat their own shit.
