I have two. They are dumb as shit. The top cunt can barely turn on a computer and 2nd in cuntmand couldn't crack 100 on an iq test. I did all I could to help them but it only made them hate me. Now I do nothing for 8 hours a day.

I hate working with women in general, they fuck everything up. I've been in awesome workplaces where I was the only female, boys have beers after work in the shop, people say whatever they want, great morale and loyal employees. Every company I've worked for with even 20% women is just terrible.

There are 2 kinds of women bosses,

1) Competent 2nd gen humans with uteruses

2) Horrible first gen scum who came through the worst groups of men as damaged terrible people

It is this second group that is terrible. Imagine being enough of a hunk of shit that you found a way to move up the ranks enough in industries that men fully dominated. These women were going to be terrible no matter what they did in life but they chose to be terrible and have people report to them. You have nothing to worry about from the first group but if you see a woman who is currently in her 50's+ chances are she is a battle worn jackass with a chip on her shoulder who will not listen to reason if you look to be a possible threat.

She reminds us to take breaks, buys us food sometimes, schedules everyone appropriately so if we need time off we can get it. She's diligent with work, never slacks off, and she never bitches about trivial nonsense. I think she's Italian idk tho. Anyway, some women bosses are bad and some are good. It's luck of the draw and the type of work you do. If you work in a high stress environment it's likely that any female boss will be horrible. Somewhat the same for male bosses but I do think men typically are better at handling stress, especially when it comes to professions like manual labor or business.

My current company has a 3 day "leadership for women" all expenses paid trip, for those in non leadership roles to gear them into it. It's a great way to say "they are incapable without special treatment"

Last time I had a white collar job virtually every superior from my supervisor to my line manager to the head of office was a woman. It was a very negative experience and I ended up resigning. It was emasculating because my female bosses and coworkers all associated in this girls' social club. In order to work effectively I had to be 'one of the girls', which is humiliating. So I ended up just becoming this loner dead-weight in the office. It was really depressing. Job was in the Australian commonwealth public service. The APS is one big olympic-sized estogen pool.

I hate having a female boss. They're bitchy, gossipy and incompetent. They are literally not capable of managing and it's obvious. Their own manager is a woman and also incompetent. They don't seem to have any real skills and appear to survive just by being aggressive. I don't understand how we got to the point where we thought it was a good idea to fill up management positions with women, ok maybe a few who are capable but not this. Women also hate other women so this causes chaos in the workplace. Yes not all women, but it's so depressing being forced to have them as superiors when so many of them can't lead or fill the role. If I was trying to destroy another company from the inside out I would encourage that they employed more women as managers - that would be a surefire way to create misery and havoc until all the competent men and women are driven away. I hate how this is the reality of things now because it's so degrading for both genders and apparently having an opinion based on real life is "backwards" somehow.

I work in a Library, it's about 20% male: 80% female industry so almost all my bosses are women all the way up.
Thankfully enough of them have been around for decades so they don't give much of a damn about anything but the work and as a guy I can work like a dog without much effort compared to my mostly female co-workers which is good job security.
I had one boss who was a cow of a woman, nearly got me fired when I started out by logging tons of complaints about me but she didn't think it through very well because the only complaints about me came from her and her alone so eventually they started to ignore them because I was doing a lot of work, doing it better than most people and doing it fast.
Got a warning on my record for the sake of record keeping, it was scrubbed six months later and that was four years ago.
She's since retired and I've been employee of the month twice since then.

I think the reason she hated me so much was because when she mentioned "The Patriarchy" being real I told her it wasn't just real but we met every Month and at our meetings we'd spend The Wage Gap on Scotch and Cocaine and try to think up news ways for make-up commercials to make women hate their own bodies. I don't know why but that seemed to annoy her a little bit.

Males look for all kinds of things: status, drive, competence, intelligence, aggression, submission, wisdom, experience, suave, communication, etc. etc. or any combination of any amount of things. Females promote who they like, and that's simple. Approach, say as little as possible and ask every question you can even if you know the answer, even if it's a stupid question. Just keep your mouth shut unless it pertains to them personally so they feel like you "care". The less you say the more interesting you become and the more you let them say the more you know about them which they see as a personal investment in you. The rules of engagement are less complex. It's not a good business strategy but it's a good advancement strategy.

I have a woman manager. She's not really that different from other managers I've dealt with. She was fresh enough when she started that she didn't understand the drama/corporate structure that existed before she even started working here. So she's either going to have a crisis of conscience and fuck off finding another job, or she's going to become bitter and fight tooth and nail to move up to try and validate her existence. Since she's basically a legacy promotion, I expect the latter. In a corporation, gender matters little and you're as worthy as the profit you make for the company, which is never ending.

100% of female bosses I've had were insecure in their positions, poor performers, and created extremely toxic atmospheres by shifting the blame for their poor performance onto the employees under their control. Every. Single. One. They all flip-flopped between desperately trying to be professional by taking it to the extreme and behaving like ruthless corporate robots, and then being completely unprofessional/careless/rude when trying to pretend to be professional was too much work. I badly want to believe that women are capable of being as successful in leadership roles as men, but in my experience they can hardly manage temporary low-level small-group projects without completely fucking up.

Yeah, biological instincts are hard to shake off. Women tend to prioritize giving care and tending to those who can't help themselves, like how children are helpess until they learn to be self sufficient. A child is obviously much different than a grown adult whose abilities are incompetent, but the boost of endorphins by helping those who are helpless is basically the same in a woman's mind. It isn't inherently a bad trait for a woman to have nor should she ignore that instict, but it has been egregiously misplaced since the influx of women working. There's something to be said about how easily women can be emotionally manipulated into aiding scumbags. If a woman or anybody finds themselves in a position of authority they should be able to exert wise decision making, however we do live in a society. Stealing work can be done by men too. I know one spineless piece of shit who had a habit of trying to take credit or trivialize my work even though it's been clearly documented otherwise and more than half of the project direction was decided by work I put in. He ended up doing a complete sabotage and took all credit and then try to stupidly blame all faults on me which made no sense because all the ideas and terms he was using came from what I gave as input. The whole ordeal was fucking dumb.

I don't hate female bosses due to emasculation. Nearly all mid-management roles in my job are filled with women. The primary issue is that many of them are incompetent, afraid to take risks and often passive. They are also incapable of communicating clearly or identifying value added projects. If you want someone to blindly follow rules they are perfect.

I've had one very competent Female boss and a few competent coworkers.

The one boss was actually fantastic, experienced project management with real expertise in the field, no signalling or flagging based on her insecurities, no 'dick-waving', just good and efficient, minimal intervention from her to those on her team. got shit done and she definitely was a big part of why it happened.

Really was the exception though - other female bosses I've had and have known from other divisions have been absolute clusterfucks of insecurity, signalling, micromanaging, and water-treading.
