I don't know, some get pretty close now. There's usually problems at some point in the video but you have to remember these are just hobbyists or "regular" people who just wanna see Gal Gadot give a handjob or something. Government affiliated organizations could definitely have teams of multiple people working with top of the line hardware to make them almost undetectable, I would guess.
I could be wrong of course, but the idea of the government doing them is far more worrying to me than any random guy online.
