He had a lot of the right ideas but the whole concept of autarky fucked everything up. Instantly made fascism an enemy of the capitalist plutocracies instead of a natural ally against communism. That part of fascism pretty much garunteed the loss in WW2. And even if war had been avoided, the fascist countries would have seen slower economic growth than the capitalists and would have lost slowly like the soviet union did.

Also, the other flaw of fascism would have been how they transition power when a leader dies. This was never really worked out but I suppose it didnt matter because they all got destroyed in the war anyway.
