Yes it can be changed. Most grassroots candidates like myself support POTUS and America First, as do most voters and volunteers. ALL CA districts have a solid Republican base, but they are always forgotten about because those districts aren't important to the establishment. If you are in CA look up your assembly district. in that district is a Republican Central Committee that works on all local politics. Their board members were likely hand-picked by someone in the New Majority that controls your local county.
