Shapiro is something of a master of logical fallacies. He has asserted that healthcare cannot be simultaneously universal, affordable, and high quality. He commonly frames his arguments with false dichotomies (or trichotomies) such as these and then argues within the bounds of these fallacies.
Shapiro's biggest issue is probably that he's consistently wrong. For someone whose core mantra amounts to "facts don't care about your feelings", he's awfully averse to the truth.
Take those claims about healthcare I cited above. And then look at pic related.
