Well I'll give a somewhat serious answer to those who want it.

99% of people, even self proclaimed Nazis, don't actually understand Nazi ideology and instead co-opt it to express their racism. National Socialism isn't an inherently racist ideology, at least not in how we currently understand racism.

Unfortunately as Germany lost the war, and the winners get to write the history books, National Socialism has been recast as the worst and most evil ideology ever to exist but most of that is a function of propaganda. You wouldn't claim capitalism is evil because of the United States, a single capitalist country.

National Socialism believes in some facets of nationalism and some socialism. Importantly, it is an ideology that acknowledges cultural and race differences among our species and tries to group people together under their own banners. Real national socialists believe in the right for a black ethnostate, a Jewish ethnostate, an Arab one, etc. One thing that seems to shock people when they found out is that Germany supported the formation of Israel, literally paid for Jews to emigrate there and tried to setup a Jewish ethnostate in Madagascar.

National Socialism stresses the bonds that are important as a nation. Stresses the importance of the workers of that nation being the ultimate driving force of it. Stresses that it is our responsibility to maintain our millennia old culture and not let it get lost in the new idea of open borders.

Is this the reason why people of all countries can adopt NatSoc as an ideology?
