Yes. 11175 is Primary day with 8992 as "back up" and 6739 is Primary night with 4724 as "back up."

The important calls will broadcast on all the frequencies at the same time but aircraft will typically do a "radio check" (equipment test) on a single frequency (11175 in daylight, 6739 at night) or a phone patch (radio to telephone call to place that doesn't have a radio) will only happen on a single frequency but neither of these events is all that important.
