Stop White Flight With An Exit Tax

Illinois is losing more residents than are entering or being born, most of them middle-class whites. Illinois should impose an exit tax for when they leave Cook or Illinois to discourage white flight. Something like $1000-$10000 if they claim residency outside Illinois if they were previously an Illinois resident. This is justified as they are taking the benefits of growing up in this state and are moving those elsewhere.

If there were benefits from growing up there why would they leave? Chicago/Cook county is a nigger infested shithole and the sensible choice for white people is to leave so they don't get dragged down. pennsyltucky tried to charge me $2500 in unpaid 2013 taxes despite having chsnged my residency in 2012, having a fl license, filing my last return pro-rated at a fl address, and that was one of the decisions my tax attorney used to get them off my back. i will never live in a state with an income tax again.
