I was born into it. There was a time when I though to convert to Protestantism because of the degeneracy in the church and the Pope but I chose not to. I realized that the Catholic Church was inflitrated by devils and me abandoning it is exactly their goal. We have to fight the devils within the us and the church and not run away from them.

I was born catholic and I actively rejected it for most of my life. I have dig deep into philosophy and other religions (including no religion) in the search of truth and meaning. After so many years I've come to the conclusion that catholicism is the best approach between existential angst and hapiness so I don't self destruct. While I maintaining self & doctrinal coherence with my political views. I've decided to believe in the testimonies of people before me. That's it.

No, don't get me wrong. I know that there is no Catholic country anymore outiside of Vatican City State, but I find very plausible that both Italy and Poland have at least 30% of practicing Catholics (which doesn't make their countries, Catholic, but at least they have a higher %% than the rest).
