Government guaranteeing the cost of a house if you can come up with some money basically inflated the prices of houses and reduced the quality of construction. Also, money from people paying with a bank loan is used to build the houses for Prima Casa first, with quality materials because the same bank says so because the state says so, and the houses for people that bought with bank loans or with cash are left with sub-par buildings. I mean paying 80 000 euros for a 50 sq meter apartment 6 miles away from the city center is pretty shit.
Same goes with the StartUp Nation program which gives money to young "entrepreneurs" to start their own businesses which creates unequal competition for people who started their businesses without it 10 years ago. The Better Business Office equivalent here in Romania is pure shit and didn't say anything to the faggot politicians that this is an extremely bad idea.
