(2) the clouds of aerosol produced will initially be transparent and diffuse: impossible to see without instrumentation
(3) aerosol seeding will be performed in between 10°S-10°N because the overturning Brewer Dobson circulation will then transport it poleward: so even if you could see it from the ground, you won't anywhere outside of Ecuador or similarly located countries.
