Are there any hidden gem areas in the US where I can move and live an inexpensive, quiet, comfy existence around a bunch of white people? I work remotely so I don't need to have access to any specific kind of job.
Here in the midwest we have houses for around $100k, but they're always within an hour of a big negro hub in my experience. Are there any places that are nice and well insulated against Africans and other undesirables?

I visited Gaylord once and it was nice but there was just nothing there. Just... nothing. It was straight up barren. The most memorable thing was some little kitschy downtown area designed to look vaguely Bavarian, and a place called Gobbler's that had some killer turkey and dumplings (kek)

Dayton? Yeah. They have a poor section that's mostly white too. Tons of opioids. Worked there, and once lived just outside the city limits. My father was on every local tv station once, describing the shooting just outside our apartment's front door. Wichita KS. You can get 1250sq/ft house, 30-40 years old, 2br/bth for under $50K. Well, back to Dayton. Its well located in terms of freight traffic. Cheap. The region is mostly suburbs. City is shit, but has a nice Opera House. Great minor league baseball. Everything from gas to candybars, to houses are cheap. The suburbs around it are quite large for a city of its size. My point isn't about Dayton, its that 20 miles out of the hellholes you're usually preety good.
Economy isn't great. Other than that, I'm not sure. It's a college town, so there's ok nightlife if you're into that kind of thing.

I'm in the process of going into business for myself doing some online businesses. I also have an engineering degree and 5 years of experience in a niche field that pays well and is popular in the area, so I have some options.
My plan is to buy a plot of land and start raising some livestock and being as self sufficient as possible.
