Your sister is correct to some extent: it is nice to be in the majority demographic. But ask her this:

So what, people are advantaged and disadvantaged for a million reasons other than race. It's completely irrelevant to consider race as something you should redistribute benefits because of. Everyone is afforded the same rights, that's all that matters.

The fact that she’s been indoctrinated to look at the world in the terms of a racial dichotomy, and has been trained that said dichotomy defines exactly who can and who cannot speak about certain societal issues, means that she inheritantly cannot listen to you.
