Tax systems and Universities would have to be changed(why would a black mans tax money go to a public college that his kids biologically can’t get into?)
Immigration would be halted immediately and there’d be a good case for minority genocide in most western countries. Africa, whose laughably low IQ population is exploding, would stop receiving any aid. The west would probably draw up plans to cleanse and repopulate that beautiful continent.
Overall, humanity would be saved and would be able to roam the stars one day.
