First I would say it depends who the non-whites are. Are they MENA, hispanic, asian or black? I don't think there is anything to gain from having an ethnic minority in a country. Completely homogenous countries work fine. However I don't think you have to purity spiral. I don't have a huge problem with a relatively small number of MENA caucasoids. But please no blacks at all and in regards to asians... I can accept very few I guess but I don't think they will thrive in a european society.
