False, Neanderthal and Denisovan evolved outside of Africa from homo erectus that left Africa.
Later on homo Sapiens evolved within north eastern Africa, at least the strain that would colonise the middle east and spread out into the world.
This new strain obviously evolved off Africa homo erectus which didn't leave Africa. The new homo sapiens that came to spread throughout the entire world actually interbred with Neanderthal and Denisovan and even potential homo erectus strains if they still existed.
East Asians and Native Americans have the most Neanderthal, they also have some Denisovan DNA.
Africans have some other old world hominid DNA in them which didn't leave Africa which outside people don't have.
Lets face it, if it was taught that there were differences between the races, it would inherently be called out as racist. As universities are the most liberal and progressive places on earth, there is not chance they would even explore this avenue for fear of being called out for it.
