Never heard of anyone making a gun before, thing is it's mostly niggers and pakis that commit knife crime and it's easy to pinch a knife when mums not looking and taking it out with you and try and make a name of yourself to get in cushy with a gang. Prisons are run by paki/nigger gangs too and with the courts/laws being lenient in the UK a kid could probably be released after serving 3 years inside for murder.
