HiPoint pistols are reliable as hell and priced specifically so that poorfags can buy them and defend themselves as is their right.

Fuck, they even sell 10mm AUTO carbines, now.

So I know in a lot of places that aren't here you can get some sort of hunting gun or have to be in a club or something, but is there any other place that has them available for purely self defense? Can you legally use them in self defense for a home invasion? Can you get handguns? If not handguns could you like keep a rifle or shotgun in your car and potentially use it on a robber?

Most countries actually have a legal means of allowing people to carry. The difference is that most of the US is "shall issue". In Canada, for instance, there's the Authorization To Carry (ATC), which comes in a few different flavours.
The most common one being for wilderness carry (so you can strap a .44 to your hip instead of carrying around a 12 gauge slung over your shoulder) which is usually issued to geologists, guides and the like. There's the kind issued to people whose job is to move money around and then there's for the "more important" people.
As far as lawful CC is concerned, the Czech are the first that come to mind after the US.
