I grew here but I was a transplant from Connecticut. You’ll miss the trees annon. We got some good rain but that’s rare. It’s nothing but dirty and filthy spics these days. It’s getting harder to want to stay here. When I graduate I’ll probably move to the Midwest. I would move now if it wasn’t for the decent job I have.

Just that big. Nice areas in eastern Mesa. Rule is the further away you get from Phoenix proper the whiter an area becomes. With the freeway system in the Pheonix Metro Area you can get around the outskirts fairly quickly (aside from rush hours).

Partly true....however don't forgot that Tucson is a complete write off as is Phoenix itself and nearby suburbs. While the white population will increase on the outskirts (and has been exploding no doubt) also remember that the beaner explosion has not slowed down one bit.

With that said, you can make a nice life for yourself here. For example, due to ease of travel, I can live on the outskirts and attend hockey games in Glendale or baseball games in Phoenix without spending hours on the freeway. Also most of the Phoenix suburbs have their own large variety of things to do so you should never get bored.

And if the escaping the heat becomes an issue, Prescott and Flagstaff are not far away and are mostly white.

You may have heard this before but the city is pockets, nice pickets, beaner pockets and a few nigger pockets, it's not hard to suss out which one you're in. I live in a decent area modestly priced but most of the gas stations I stop by have crusty nogs begging for gibsmedats, and given I'm not a neet I run into nogs and spics more often then I'd like. The spics keep to themselves & are generally pleasant when they're outnumbered, but quickly get insular and snottywhen they're a majority. The people in general are a mixed bag but Mexicans are definately taking over.

I'm thinking about moving north when I finish school. I don't see a good future for Arizona as we're the frontlines of demographic replacement.

Also, i grew up in Mesa and lived in Show Low for a while, particularly nice places, Show Low's good if you like hiking in the forest and getting away from heat, Mesa is cool, pretty based schools, most ghetto you can get is Main St (Some Parts) otherwise, its a semi-calm and tame place.

A good friend of mine moved from here in WI to AZ a couple years ago. She loves the land and the climate, but says the people are weird. Like, slower somehow, and more easily shocked/offended by things. She's conservative, btw - so it's not that.

Anything in my opinion south of Cordes Junction is garbage. Arizona has 9 climate zones for you to choose from, we actually have 11, but two of them are on the San Fransisco Peaks, so no building. We are an open carry state, and you can carry concealed without a permit.
I live in the Flagstaff area, and like it. If you hate snow, and winter it is not for you. I grew up in Michigan, and have been here since 75", and I will tell you that at times winter here can make Michigan winter look good, but it does not last long, which is why winter here for the most part is great. Cold as hell one week, and then in the 50s-60s the next.
Summers are ideal to me in the 70-80s. Gets down to the 40-50 range at night. Humidity is 18% most of the time, and when it gets to the 40% range people complain it is oppressive.

Taxes in Massachusetts are comparatively not that bad either. There is a good article about how there is no true tax haven in the United States. Any state that has low or lacking taxes in one area simply makes up for it in another. No income tax? High sales tax or high property tax or high excise tax etc....
