What is your definition of race? Like the most fundamental thing that determines race. For me it's genetic.
What if you knew a guy who was 1/4th jewish but passed as white and acted white but always talked about his jewish heritage. Would you still consider him to be white?
Now let's take this guys twin brother. He never brings up his jewish heritage and is a self identified white nationalist.
Are both of them white? Are they both non white? Is one white and the other not?
For me the answer is neither of them are white. How could you say race is genetic if your answer is not this?

Indo-european is a language family not a race. And the proto indo-european speakers did not leave much of a genetic imprint. If they did you would expect ALL the speakers of ie languages to be much more closely related. The ones that are closely related are the ones that live close to each other

I agree with that. Maybe you misunderstood what i said about indo europeans. I think too many people treat them as if they are some sort of mythological progenitor race. They were just a group of people that lived a long time ago and we just happen to speak an off shoot of their language
g = Germanic i-c = Italo-Celtic b-s = Balto-Slavic g-a = Greek/Armenian/Phrygian i-i = Iranian/Aryan t = Tocharian maykop = Anatolian, but the picture depicting them is probably inaccurate, instead they probably came into the region through the Balkans, but I'm not too sure.

All humans are from east europe though. Race doesn't matter. I can tell based on test scores and phenotype whether or not you're untermensch trash (i.e. the 90% surplus of our population).
