I don't know about that. It might be a bad thing that we are TOO hygienic (I am not saying hygiene is bad) Our ancestors in fact had stronger immune systems because they were living with disease that we aren't exposed to today. Sure that's bad but it strengthens our immune system for not preventable diseases like cancer. Pandemics occured in the past due to bad hygiene but it occurs nowadays even with hygiene like corona, ebola, h1n1 etc.

So in the past bacteria killed most people due to bad hygiene, nowadays viruses and cancer kills us the most (cancer is due to the poor immune system)

Sure deaths from diseases is halved and that led to overpopulation. We have nowadays way more problems than diseases killing us. In the past the average 15 year old left his parents house and build his own family and buisness, now we have huge student debts and very high rents and we are blamed for it. Well its a natural result of overpopulation, more people means more competition. I am not saying that we shouldnt invent drugs to help us combat disease, I am saying the happiness back then and the happiness now are the same. Nothing in terms of happiness has changed so technology didn't make our lives overall any better.

Tech is inherently a right-wing thing. Look at and post ww2 for instance. Plenty of scientific progress and inventions were made by Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union.

The reason why the tech industry(doesn't matter the exact type) is predominantly leftist is because the Government there knows that too much right-wing people in one place is bad. I'm not saying that everything was sunshine and daisies back then, but technology in the current year is making us weak and miserable. Of course, our favourite (((allies))) love weakness and misery, so everything's going to plan for them.

I worship tech as well and as far as I understand is that they want full automation to have all the free time to themselves. It's the communist ideal to work only a few hours a day and pursue art or similar in the free time.
