>"Home ownership among young families has plummeted across every corner of Britain over the past 35 years, according to a devastating inquiry into the housing crisis facing millennials."
>"Ownership among 25- to 34-year-olds has plummeted in Greater Manchester from 53% in 1984 to 26% last year. It has fallen from 54% to 25% in south Yorkshire, from 45% to 20% in the West Midlands, from 50% to 28% in Wales and from 55% to 27% in the south-east. In outer London, the proportion has collapsed from 53% to just 16%. Out of 22 regions analysed by the commission, in only one – Strathclyde in Scotland – has home ownership among the young remained stable. It stood at 32% in 1984 and 33% last year, having peaked at 45% in 2002."
The most important thing you can do for yourself is keep your life in order. It is in your interest to be competent, hardworking, and, if possible, happy. Do people in your life trust and respect you? Are you capable of raising children who become successful adults? Internet racial politics doesn't have to be the only factor of your life. And if you can't achieve these basic things, then the chances are very high that you are not ready to be a political activist, either online or in real life. Because how can you make a difference for the race, for the lives of many, if you can't even make anything of your own life? How can you make a real difference in society, when the greatest extent of your capacity is to be out-organized by jews on social media?
Always remember: we live in first world countries and have opportunities that most people born on this planet do not. Things aren't as good for us as they were for our parents. But billions of people in the third world would still kill to have the opportunities that you do right now. So take care of yourself! Work your ass off, every day, to build a good life for you, and for your family. You have the power to create yourself. Clear your mind of self destructive thoughts, and keep yourself focused on realistic goals. Work hard, but also do fun and wholesome things with real people, in real life. That's very important. Nothing on a screen should ever take away from your real life.

The joos want you to be a 'homeowner', that is enslave yourself to the bank for 35 years while you're slaving away at a dead end job that you know you can't afford to lose because missed payments mean you lose 'your' home. Don't buy into that narrative, don't borrow many for anything you can't afford, live how you want and never buy anything, especially overwhelmingly expensive things when under pressure from the bank,s or the society at large.
Andrew Rodriguez
$90k a year is a good salary.
Hudson Jenkins
OH NO NO NO WHO WILL BLOW THE HOUSING BUBBLE NOW! BOOMER BROS WE GOT TO COCKY
But its a 1 bedroom tiny apartment because I only make $60k/year with 2 full time jobs here in Canada.
Matthew Flores
Why own a home if you're in a place you want to BREXIT from ASAP? A house is just a pile of debt to make a bank rich. If you don't have kids, a dog, and a Nan to care who needs a fucking house? Live in an apartment and take sweet vacations.
Carson Rodriguez
Exactly. I was taught 20 years ago: A house isn't an investment.
Jayden Evans
Jewden Petterman projects too much. The worst part about him is that he has an audience who only listens to their "Mom" when it's an old, condescending gray-hair dude.
Jose Ross
The NEET life is here to stay.
Camden Moore
Because I can't afford to buy a house and even if I did there is no guarantee the government would buy the adjacent houses and rent out to migrants or drug addicts.
Also it's way hard to get permission for construction here in Sweden so off grid log cabin isn't a viable option.
Nice, It would take me 10 years of wages to buy a home in my area. That is before taxes.
Isaac Murphy
You say that, but all of the fat boomers shitting up Florida make fucking bank on their shitboxes.
Landon Torres
With that much devotion, you should be able to get a far far better job, dude. Ppl like you are superhard to find. Think out of the box and adjust your selfestimation/value on the market place.
If u live in butfucknowhere, then ofc there is a probs with opportunity, but stll you'd be highly valuable, due to workethic, PROVABLE workethic.
Just sayin, bro
Charles Howard
Just another one of the Jewish rewards for you.
They want you to be a nation of renters, you rent a home under them, they will be your land lord. You will get to experience how the Germans had in in the 1920's, because now it's your turn goy.
Everything in USA is unnecessarily expensive as fuck due to neverending runaway inflation. This baloons the cost of everything, especially compared to first-world nations. In most places in the world $90k/year is a shitton of money, in USA this gets you a 1-bedroom flat in a ghetto and a diet of cheetos and mountain dew.
You're free to do whatever you want when you rent, you can move at any time wherever you choose. What the joos want is for you to get indebted for life, moron.
Dominic Mitchell
Specially in the USA. If you want a home itll be in some shitty suburb because MUH DRIVING CULTURE of the baby boomers. These have no inherit value. Only propped up by them. They're cheap and fall over 3asily. At least houses in a city have inherit value because of location.
Juan Thomas
Sort of. Average house price in the UK is higher than in the US and their salaries suck. Their houses are also tiny. My house was 150k in the Midwest and my wife and I only make 70k/year total. Pretty comfy life.
Evan Brown
London inflates average house prices for the whole country. Their salaries are high and you can live comfortably even on burger-flipping. Needing a $100k/year to live a middle class life is a USA specific pathology, not something typical in first world countries.
Wyatt Phillips
It can't be fixed due to wealth disparity being too high between tiers of socioeconomic capacity. Simply put, when the purchasing power of the high class grows, the price of everything rises with it. Before, a top tier phone costed 400-600 usd. That meant that a middle tier one costed 200-300. Now, a top tier phone costs 1000 and a middle one 500 because top tier stuff must be out of reach for most people or it isn't top tier at all. What ends up happening is that in most developed cities, about 10 to 30% of property is unocupied and most of it is owned by very few people. Nowadays you have to save for decades to buy a shitty appartment simply because all properties are already in the hoard of some rich guy by the time you are born.
Alexander Morales
Forgot to shine their shoes and give a firm handshake.
Nathan Hill
The eternal Boomer has stopped building houses so that the value of their own house increases.
Parker Edwards
It's almost as if they want people to be a serf class who are forced to rent their entire lives so they can be evicted for wrong think
Matthew Stewart
Insider here, protip do NOT buy a house before several months after the UK has left the EU, we are predicting a house price crash.
Luke Howard
>Oh no how are we gonna draft all these young fuckers as cannon fodder in some made up war if they can go nomad at any moment? sucks to be you
>Their salaries are high and you can live comfortably even on burger-flipping
Our bottom tier wages are slightly higher than the USA but with less tax, however move up the scale and in the US you will make more doing jobs like middle management and sales, and be taxed less. Though they have an even worse corporate culture of unpaid overtime and sucking dick to rise up.
Austin Morris
Just pay your rent so retirees can top off their pensions. How ungrateful can millennials get?
Blake Roberts
Looks like housing prices will retrace back to 60k. Lmao! Get fucked boomers.
Joshua Carter
It really is, throughout recent history the market has been unstable as hell, especially just before the GFC (and was the cause of the GFC)
Nolan Ortiz
Broker here.
This is dumb advice.
Jose Cooper
Securitization of mortgages and property assets.
Alexander Thompson
>Broker here. So you're going to repeat Lehman's mistakes are you?
Hunter Turner
You don't need a house
Camden Rivera
Yea, it's not like men are scared to marry cause women have too much power. We absolutely CAN'T take some of their rigths away.
You don't have a house to begin with. You have a mere lease with the state.
Kevin Hernandez
No shit, prices are falling already and we haven't even left yet. Brexit is going to be the best opportunity in generations for millennials to buy a house - and the media/government think it's a catastrophe.
William Richardson
I am one. Feelsgoodman.jpeg
Brody Morgan
lol stfu fag
Jackson Gomez
Notice how the most vehemently pro EU remainers aren't students but middle-class boomers who likely own several houses.
Jack Bailey
Only reason why this shit happens is because no one wants to spread out. Newcastle has shit ton of semi detatched with a backyard forunder 100k. Millenials are just city fags
Dominic Cooper
Most selfmade millionaires are real estate investors. But house prices are in a bubble right now. You should wait around 2 years to start investing in property, just after the bubble has burst. You will be able to buy a nice house for real cheap price.
Noah Cox
nah, you got to count in inflation, would be neat tho. average house price should be around 100 ounces of gold. This is the best way to now if real estate is overvalued or not.
Noah Carter
>right wing """"Logic""""
Like any thot she is stupid. In Europe rents skyrocketed not because of "mass immigration", but a combination of tourism, restrictions on new projects in the name of keeping the cities "green", boomers owning pretty much every real estate, and international elites buying existing apartments as "investments".
Real estate is a great investment guys. COMMERCIAL real estate. The only people making bank on residential are fucking foreign oligarchs using urban residential real estate to launder money and property developers who are commercially developing home real estate.
This wasnt true if you got in during the 80s and 90s or 2008 but right now you gotta wait until we have the next big crash to make residential work.
Jace Harris
Commercial real estate can pay serious income streams, rental sounds like a lot but doesn't compare to businesses. Especially if you own the contracts for upkeep and development on the leases afterwards, that is just more money (and less trouble often) than residential.
Brody James
Oh yes goy, those millions of migrants coming to your country to live off your welfare don't need an apartment to live in. It's all tourism goy, believe me!
