Atomization is whats killing western society.
Atomization is whats killing western society
But people aren't acting in their OWN interests, that's the real problem, not that that's the only contributor though.
/thread this is a shit thread anyways
Not really and it's automation you imbecile
Automation is great, let robots do all the shit work. I dont see any problem with it.
More investment in capital isn't bad, would you have said the same to people in the early industrial revolution to keep doing everything by hand instead of using some machines?
ATOMIZATION = the process of mixing air and fluid droplets via the bernoulli principle, think perfume sprayer with a bulb?
AUTOmation = the process of using technology to do less work and be more productive.
update your shill-bot autospeller...
Wtf are you retarded?
Humans have always strived to make things easier and less painful, I bet the factory workers would have liked to not work in a factory for 12 hours every day.
Im talking about social atomization you daft nigger
Wow, someone even more stupid than OP.
>When placed into the field of sociology, atomism assigns the individual as the basic unit of analysis for all implications of social life. This theory refers to "the tendency for society to be made up of a collection of self-interested and largely self-sufficient individuals, operating as separate atoms
Op was wrong, but you don't know how to use a basic search engine properly.
>He thinks farm life was better in the 17th and 18th century
Kek
Prove to me how Im wrong faggot
oh great a definition TERM-learner...
"blah blah blah... term lerning social studies made up bullshit... blah blah blah"
nothing to see here... (hence my joke. Sorry "verbal irony" isn't part of your brilliant beautiful snowflake mind)
>the tendency for society to be made up of a collection of self-interested and largely self-sufficient individuals
>Self-interested
Is doing what's popular self interested when it's manipulated by people in media positions?
>Largely self-sufficient individuals
Welfare recipients and women are two good examples of this not being the case.
Your reading comprehension must be beyond poor. What gave you the impression that thats what I think?
You're implying conditions in the factories were undoubtedly horrible but worse than other living conditions in the country at the time. There was a reason why people moved to the city.
You bumped this thread to say that?
>Options
>Seasoninghint.fuckyou
Define your terms shill flag
apologies... adding sage to the soup... (embarrassed)
And your implying that if factory wirkers could choose to not to wirk with their hands instead if usibg machines they eould rather work eith their hands...I think if they could have chosen automation instead they would have.
When they shut down the atoms society will finally die.
well saged anecdotal observation...
i am RUINED... in about 6 more months? i am half-likely to start beating off to hot anime whores... a *few* of them are starting to turn me on...
PL
I'm implying that you have fat fingers, lardass.
it's a consequence not a cause, come from cities probably
Automation is a process. Factory workers started working with more capital when the industrial revolution took place. They worked less and less with their hands which you're saying is good and I'm not saying anything about it.
currency debasement is what's killing western society
> he think s welfare recipients are the reason for the death of society
Wrong, greed and narcissism is whats killing society, all favored by atomization. Try again.
the sage says...
why is it? that i feel that if i follow this "lecture" on this long enough? somehow "atomisation" will SOMEhow start introducing "socialism is wonderful for the worker" definitions?
when we replaced "hirtory class" with "social studies class"? thats where we went wrong...
>Greed is bad
Greed works as a driver for innovation and becoming more efficient
Just admit that you are an illiterate nigger.
>It can only be one thing
Well, well, well.
What have we here?
A retard that doesn't know how to look at the bigger picture and has tunnel vision?
I think so.
Modernizing of capital is there to veil an even bigger exploitation. Engineers are more exploited today than serfs were in the 17th century - relative salary and nominal wage are separate.
saged...
Just admit you are a Pseudo-intellectual nigger who is afraid to study a real STEM field, and instead chose term-learning narcissistic bullshit to study...
Boy you take the price in kike brainwashing
Greed results in the technocracy, monopolization of markets and greedy bankers wrecking the world
> being this blue pilled
Just kys already.
you're not wrong.
Salary has mostly been lacking in real growth because of increased inflation because of an increase in government spending and a monetary expansionary policy
Well well well a burger who doesnt provvide an argument.
Not surprising
Name one monopoly that came into existence as a result of markets instead of government regulations.
saged
standard oil monopoly? derr
Already did, you're just too damn narrowsighted to have seen it.
Maybe you need specialized eyewear.
Invite the world into your market and the monopoly disappears
the atomization of society should end at the family, not the individual.
You really are a daft nigger arent ya
Facebook and Amazon comes to mind, and they were left alone by government regulation, at the same time eating the market, stay blue pilled.
I can't stand psyoped burgers, you fucking idiot go live in china if you want collectivism you disgrace. Read your god damn constitution.
You are as bad as an obese pink haired sjw blaming men for her problems
sage..
invite the world into your monopoly? and the international corporation just gets bigger and even more powerful...
What a faggy looking picture. I bet if I bitch slapped whoever drew it they wouldn't even fight back.
>A domestic monopoly position automatically becomes stronger once foreign competition enters the market
Lmao no
Amazon mainly has a monopoly position, not here though, because of economies of scale and decreasing marginal costs.
google, what's your point?
>meme flag
>those ess jay dubbelyoos
>you're a collectivist
shoo centrist shoo
No, because firms try to maximize profits
atomization and alienation are symptoms not causes. Of course someone who believes in something as stupid as "anarcho-communism" would fail to realize that and churn out so many posts without substance.
Strange since Amazon and apple, google, are the biggest companies in the world, and they dont like competition lol hows that for free market capitalism.
Also they dont pay taxes which hurts society, my argument stands.
You think maximizing profits has been a thing only for the last two decades?
No, its the hebrews meddling in others affairs.
ftfy
Nuclear family is the biggest boomer meme and jewish psyop, needs to be abolished asap.
can you have a redpilled conversation with a neighbour? that's why people aren't doing much to save western society
No one at the top likes competition because they know it'll harm their market power. Free markets don't mean companies love free markets it means that the best results as a whole come from free markets rather than anything else. They don't pay taxes but the products they offer enrich society, I do agree that they should pay taxes though because that's also a form of unfair competition to other companies.
Competition between companies isn't a bad thing
Atomisation and alienation are a symptoms of greed and self serving competition which is destroying society and the famil. Greed and competition is great for the matket. But remember, the matket is an abstract thing and society is real.
no, but for centuries yes. For the first time we're entering phase were capital is in perdition and markets are saturated. It's only accelerated since the last two decades, and advances in technology and democracy are there to veil the whole thing.
> products that enrich society
And in turn favors and amplify social atomisation and alienation.
Government allowed corporations more freedom by letting them selfgovern since the 70s, funny how since then wages are stagnant and monopolise have formed, and in turn banks wrecking the economy is also a result of government deregulating the banks, didnt turn out so great dis it.
