France is set to abandon chief allies Germany by voting against a contentious Russian gas pipeline, in signs cracks could begin to engulf the Franco-German partnership.
A source told German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung: “We do not want to increase our dependency on Russia and thereby harm the interests of EU countries like Poland and Slovakia.”
Germany already has the support of the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Greece and Cyprus for the pipeline, but without the backing of France it stands to lose ground.

We were trying to build a motherfucking gas port that'd import and process liquid gas from all around the world and then distribute it throughout the EU for cheap. Now because of your nigger pipeline, which will go exactly where the gasport was planned to be so no ship can pass through there, this plan might as well be thrown into the garbage.
