In my opinion based on credible reports from diplomats I believe gang stalking or targeting really goes on, although rarely on citizens. I think most people on Youtube are there to discredit real targets or there genuinely crazy. I have included a recent bill being proposed to outlaw gang stalking to stay relevant.

Gang Stalking is a systemic form of control, which seeks to control every aspect of a Targeted Individuals life. The target is followed around and placed under overt or covert surveillance by Civilian Spies/Snitches 24/7. The targets are gaslighted and harassed all day by noise campaigns, street theatre, and electronic weapons similar those believed to be used on our diplomats in Cuba. Gang stalking has been documented in Germany in the 1970s and 1980 and used in Cointell pro, a US program in the 50s and 70s. The program is alive and well again today, but now with better tech and weapons.

Gangs stalking is very common among spying agencies and is very well documented below. They will do it mainly on diplomats or those they believe are spies.

Gang stalking can also be seen as a continuation of the MK Ultra mind control studies, in which thousands of unconsenting and unwitting Americans were experimented on with trauma-based mind control. Not much is really known as the files were illegally ordered to be destroyed. What we do know though is pretty bad, and many people will never be the same and some have committed suicide. Some describe the years of there experiments to shatter there minds through trauma, then reprogram them, as a living nightmare.

Putin said something along the lines of " those who control psychotropic weapons, will control the world".

If you know a thing or two about the US military, you will know if another country is working on it, we are too.

And I said, "Well, can you do something about it?" And they said, "No, we can't," and I discovered that they had video as well, including in the bedroom."

Russia's spy agency is waging a massive undercover campaign of harassment against British and American diplomats, as well as other targets, using deniable "psychological" techniques developed by the KGB, a new book reveals.

The federal security service (FSB) operation involves breaking into the private homes of western diplomats – a method the US state department describes as "home intrusions". Typically the agents move around personal items, open windows and set alarms in an attempt to demoralise and intimidate their targets.

The FSB operation includes the bugging of private apartments, widespread phone tapping, physical surveillance, and email interception. Its victims include local Russian staff working for western embassies, opposition activists, human rights workers and journalists.

The British and American governments are acutely aware of the FSB's campaign of intimidation. But neither has publicly complained about these demonstrative "counter-intelligence" measures, for fear of further straining already difficult relations with Vladmir Putin's resurgent regime. Putin, a former KGB lieutenant colonel, was head of the FSB.

British sources admit they have files "five or six inches thick" detailing FSB break-ins and other incidents of harassment against Moscow embassy staff. "Generally we don't make a fuss about it," one said. So pervasive is the FSB's campaign that the British government is unable to staff fully its Moscow embassy. The intrusions are designed to "short-tour" diplomats so they leave their posts early, the source said.

Despite a recent improvement in US-Russian relations, the FSB has also targeted US diplomats and their families. In a 2009 confidential diplomatic cable leaked by WikiLeaks, the US ambassador in Moscow, John Beyrle, complains that the FSB's aggressive measures have reached unprecedented levels.

Mafia State recounts how the KGB first became interested in "operational psychology" in the 1960s. But it was the Stasi, East Germany's sinister secret police, that perfected these psychological techniques and used them extensively against dissidents in the 1970s and 1980s. These operations were given a name, Zersetzung – literally corrosion or undermining.

According to former Stasi officers the aim was to "switch off" regime opponents by disrupting their private or family lives. Tactics included removing pictures from walls, replacing one variety of tea with another, and even sending a vibrator to a target's wife. Usually victims had no idea the Stasi were responsible. Many thought they were going mad; some suffered breakdowns; a few killed themselves.

It was Erich Honecker, East Germany's communist leader, who patented these methods after concluding that "soft" methods of torture were preferable to open forms of persecution. The advantage of psychological operations was their deniability – important for a regime that wanted to maintain its international respectability. Putin spent the late 1980s as an undercover KGB officer based in the east German town of Dresden. Harding was himself the victim of repeated FSB break-ins, and last November was, in effect, expelled from Russia when the foreign ministry said it was not renewing his journalist's accreditation.

While the U.S. hasn't named a culprit, it says the "health attacks" caused brain injury and other physical harm. Physicians enlisted by the State Department have identified what they call a "Brain Network Disorder" acquired by U.S. personnel serving abroad, say U.S. officials, that includes structural changes to the brain not found in any previously known disorder.

Werner, 31, worked with the Commerce Department's Commercial Service and figured the harassment was due to her work on high-profile U.S. trade issues with China. It's not uncommon for U.S. diplomats in hostile countries to suffer harassment or home intrusions intended to remind them they're being watched.

Even in the United States, not all evacuated from Cuba and China are convinced they're safe.

At least six of the evacuated Americans have reported suspected harassment or surveillance in the U.S. to the FBI, four U.S. officials and others familiar with the investigation said. They include evacuees from both China and Cuba, including some who have never met.

Some reported suspected break-ins at their homes or temporary housing, after finding items moved or tampered with, or lights and televisions turned on that had been left off. Some handed over potential evidence to the FBI, including surveillance footage and a laptop suspected to have been tampered with.

Others reported being conspicuously followed — including from their doctors' offices in Philadelphia — and suspicious activity on cellphones. At one point, patients whose treatment was transferred from Penn to Washington's MedStar National Rehabilitation Network were told all of their MedStar appointments were canceled indefinitely due to safety concerns, four people familiar with the cancellations said. The situation was ultimately resolved.
