Help me how can I make a move on this guy?
We worked together, he’s a newbie, we only talked once and it was really fun, I felt spark and all. But the thing is now he wouldn’t look me in the eyes, he stared somewhere else when I look back at him. I want to say Hi or small talk with him but he won’t look at me.
Is this because he’s not interested?

Walk up, say hi, and start a conversation. Unless your job is just work from start to stop, you should find time where you're both sort of floating between tasks or finishing one up or something. From there, greet him, make some offhand comment about the day but push a conversation-- maybe like, "we're slammed with work today, huh? That's okay though, at least the coffee's good." Or something.
Might wanna make sure he's not taken. I'm having an issue where I'm wondering if I'm dropping like, unintentional hints when I'm just trying to be nice and courteous. But as cute as girls at my work are, I'm happily taken and nothing would convince me otherwise.

You're gonna have to be overt with your moves, that goes doubly if he's shy. Women hitting on men and making moves on them is so rare, most men have probably never been approached, even less don't know how to notice the less subtle signs a girl i interested in him.
Ha ha. If he won't look you in the eye he's definitely attracted to you. My guess is he doesn't want to get involved with a coworker, although it could also be that he has a girlfriend.
