For the sake of argument? I’ve hooked up with neighbors, and it always went well. but it was very clear on both sides that we were cool with it, not expecting anything besides one hookup. It was also veryclear that we didn’t care if the other person hooked up with someone else even in front of each other. And, it was definitely not a regular thing.
Every single time i’ve seen other people break those above rules, it all went to shit. One person would pine after the other. And the other person would be so uncomfortable going outside their house.
Are you the sort of person who could actually abide by all the above ‘rules’? Because then it’s very simple. You invite them over to housewarm, have some wine, talk, talk, sleep with them. It’s up to you if you want to fuck up your living situation but there it is.
