Should I upload our amatuer videos to the internet and send them to her employer?
She works for the ministry of education in Singapore so it would destroy her career and reputation, maybe even force her to suicide.

Stooping down to that level will earn you nothing, just potentially get you in trouble. You stand to gain nothing aside from petty satisfaction, which ultimately will just make you a worse person. That way you let her hurt you twice.
Even on pragmatic level, it earns you nothing. So cut the losses, and leave her to die in her own venom. If you absolutely cannot let it go, you can warn the next guy that comes along to be with her. But I advise against that because yes, you will do some good but it will also mean you won't put her as far behind you as possible.

You're not going to get as much satisfaction out of it because you can never turn around and say "THERE, finally got you for your shitty behavior" but you absolutely CAN e-mail compromising material anonymously to an employer and there's nothing illegal about it. Send one anonymous e-mail and let that be the end of it.
