My experience with gay (men, this is a little different from lesbians) is that half are decent people that I'm happy to be friends with, and the other half are sexual predators. At some point we as a society must decide what is unacceptable sexual behavior. This activist mentality has caused me a problem since I am looking for a church to be baptized in, but most mainline Protestant churches at least tacitly accept homosexuality if not performing gay weddings, etc.
