One thing I have yet to see discussed is that obviously somebody local in law enforcement would have to have been in the know, because that's downtown LA and there is zero traffic on the street from either automobiles or people walking. The only other possibility is that military personnel themselves temporarily stopped access to the street to allow for the helicopters to land on the city street, but it's impossible to tell from the video. But if this is the case, it would have to be a matter of national security for them to have done that.
