Is getting a degree in IT a meme these days?
Is getting a degree in IT a meme these days?
actually its hate speech
It's also crippling.
>learning to code
>hate speech
k.
Go and ask
A college degree is a meme in general these days.
Any degree is a meme, just learn a trade.
>t. Regretful degree holder
>IT
if you want to be anything but an system admin go do a BS and not a BA.
One week ago I would have said get a degree in nuclear, petroleum, or aeronautical engineering, but now those are meme degrees too.
What changed your opinion all of a sudden?
He was joking literalanon
It's a meme. You don't need to get a degree in IT to learn how to code. Learn a trade, and do IT on your spare time.
green new deal
IT people don't code. They sit in a room and look things up on logs and mouth breath at you when you tell them this one here is your computer box and this is how you swap out a power supply.
Schools that are designed to cripple talent and passion.
Dont go into coding that shit is for pajeets. Study the art of project management In IT. You can get 150k/year by doing nothing but ordering pajeets to do all the work for ya
Make sure you actually like the shit, because if you don't, it gets real boring real fast.
I'm a 21 year old late zoomer and I'm thinking about going to a trade school for HVAC.
What does Jow Forums think?
Are trades really a meme?
probably. I involve it's all about "project management" and how best to use Microsoft's latest development shitware now.
Ask HVAC guys in your area. Maybe you live in an area where you need to pay to buy a trade degree. Maybe you live in an area where they'll hire anybody who isn't a drunken illegal.
If you're not sure, it's often better to have something official to put on your resume to show you're not a loser, even if that's not what you wind up doing. But don't pay too much for it.
pls god no
i already have enough competition as it is
Good joke. Green dream will never happen
it is quite a skill to get pajeets to actually deliver on decent work
150K isn't worth having to spend all day talking to pajeets
imagine the smell
It's not a skill. You just have money and you hand them a visa and/or a free top-level education.
pajeets are by far some of the worst business owners and workers I have ever met in my life. No fucking work ethic. I don't fear the shit that streams out of the streets of India and Pakistan.
Go into MIS, tech in general is going up in demand
