No short-term solutions but:
>Advise african countries that both migration will not happen anymore and trade might go back
>Stop humanitarian programs
>Find sources in the west for more autark solutions
>Close borders, open trade in the west (as they are substitutes and will both enhance peace and well-being)
>Cut internal social services
>Big propaganda against charities and related NGO's (Justified as charities have no effect and NGO's are mostly evil)
>Finally ban charities from churches, let churches focus on local problems
>expel criminals with foreign roots, outsource stupid-labor to criminals

After 5 years of this program, the west will be strong and confident and from here on we have two scenarios:

A) Africa in all sorts of trouble
