For men they simply need to lack testosterone during specific weeks and they'll develop feminine brains, but for women they need an over exposure of testosterone and that's harder because you generally need some kind of congenital defect that over produces T or blocks it being reabsorbed or broken down which is rare, and especially rare during the weeks where the brain is setting into its final form.

Because, at least as it relates to western women: Women suck at fucking everything, even being women. Men do it better. I believe you can, yes. Like said, it all comes from deep emotional wounds.
