Value just means how easily a group is duped. Facebook is easy to spread misinformation on because it’s now a bunch of old farts who pass on stories they could look up on Snopes, but don’t. Instagram proved how gullible/valuable they are with the rise of “Influencers” and the Fyre Fest. Twitter is an easily manipulated medium where nothing of substance can be said in a single post. Seems like reddit is more insulated, not because they’re more intelligent mind you, but because their site structure is more fractured and walled off from one another, not really a monolithic entity that can easily disseminate information or be exploited for profit.

That's right. Reddit has been banning a lot of subs however. The migration people make from one sub to another causes the site to become boring as more and more of the discussion needs to be controlled to not let the previously banned group an mean of expression.

You can make 1000 accounts a day using 10 minute mail. That's why it's worthless. the people who had doxxed themselves are few and far between
