Inspector General Horowitz just released a new report on his investigation into the FBI's data retention procedures. Apparently they discovered a database of text messages stored in plaintext on the phones of BOTH Lisa Page and Peter Strzok. Neither ESOC, the FBI, or the software vendor knew about or authorized this database.
holy fucking shit bag them and put them in the clown car for relocation
Jaxon Gonzalez
Yeah... nothing will probably happen
William Reed
This is how they make the NSA copies of the missing texts admissable
Austin Ross
Washington should be nuked for the betterment of humanity. They are only interested in gaining power and wealth for themselves at the expense of the American people.
James Robinson
No it's happening this time. God will smite this nation if we don't actually just fucking do something about it this time.
Christian Russell
Bumping for importianceness! But I don't see how this is going to be put onto Comey. All he has to do is say he knew nothing about it, which will throw the rest under the bus.
McCabe has already flipped on Comey and even in public. He just released a book where he completely throws Comey under the bus. Comey was briefed on everything McCabe was doing related to Crossfire Hurricane. There's no way he can claim ignorance when this blows up. People are only tolerating it now because the wrongdoing hasn't been publicly proven beyond a reasonable doubt. These texts will almost certainly either confirm or debunk SpyGate.
Charles Scott
If they tried to use the NSA's data there would be a huge legal battle about the Constitutionality of the collection process.
Nolan Miller
>COMEY IS FUCKED! I'll believe it when I see it.
Brandon Walker
This is just more political theater. Nothing ever happens.
>Lisa Page and Peter Strzok It has nothing to do with these two bozos or with Comey.
Jonathan Adams
>The OIG has provided these findings to the FBI Where they will be ignored in favor of a pre-dawn raid on another Trump associate.
Charles Reed
Arent these the same text messages leaked to the media mysteriously?
Evan James
OIG is gay af
Nathaniel Barnes
Correct. We had a good thread on this months back. This is the second time we've seen OIG announce a mysterious database saving everything that was deleted by these crooks.
Many suspect NSA saved the day here and is using this to make the evidence admissible. Works for me. Godspeed, lads.
Benjamin Sanchez
>People are only tolerating it now because the wrongdoing hasn't been publicly proven beyond a reasonable doubt false. people are tolerating it because there's nothing they can do because the US government is the biggest criminal enterprise in history, and they're more worried about their day to day lives, paying the rent/mortgage and putting food on the table. the lugenpresse isn't making hay about it for obvious reasons
Jeremiah Clark
Yeah. They are ALL FUCKED. As noted above this is the avenue to include all their treasonous activities to be “legally” entered as evidence. No need to even secretly use the NSA feed when the treason was located on the device itself. However this happened is tinfoil potential, but the fact it’s on the secure device held / used by these cunts, it’s admissible.
Adrian Morgan
Because you need a FISA warrant to view communications of American citizens. Everyone knows the NSA collects everything, and so the FISA court is supposed to act as the gatekeeper to this raw intel. Obviously in Trump's case, they didn't assume this role. So if the NSA truly is involved in a silent coup as theorized, and they know they have 100% of all communications data on a target, then this would be a damn good way to take that target down without anyone asking questions about the legality of how the evidence was obtained.
Michael Reed
>trump associate And what proof is there of this? This isnt pizzagate, existence isnt a connection.
>When the OIG received the text message production from FBI, there was a time period of several months for which FBI did not produce text messages for mobile devices used by the TWO FBI EMPLOYEES.
Evan Garcia
Inadmissible as evidence in any sort of trial. Can only be used for parallel construction.
Which brings up another interesting point. What's in these text messages that's so critical to nailing these people?
Ian Evans
I know they were using Celebrite when Blackberry was standard issue but I'm not sure if that changed when they switched to Android.
Theories: -Direct comms with Obama officials -Assassination plot or discussion of one -Direct comms with Comey
Sebastian Ward
That's a felony to say
Samuel Robinson
Then is up to us keyboard warriors to make sure the general public is well informed! If Jow Forums ever pulled together, they could accomplish many great things. Pressure on the politicians to get the wall built. Pressure for charges to be brought against these criminals. Sadly, I'm not the leader Jow Forums needs. But, I'm a darn good warrior!
Jeremiah Lee
Digits for mass panic in media and day of the rope.
So what is in these "missing" Page-Strzok txts? Details about the Insurance Policy? Talks of assassination? Kidnapping of grandkids? They're almost certainly going to be more damning than what's already been released.
Aaron Butler
For any newcomers to the thread:
I just went through the documents
Unfortunately, it appears to be nothing substantial
It is still highly likely that Trump will be impeached for his ties to Russia
Hopefully, if OP posts something more substantial we can believe his claims
Until then just close the thread and move on
William Edwards
Oh boy. Another nothingburger.
Sage
Juan Barnes
The phones were provisioned with Knox. Knox keeps *everything* pertaining to the business partition.
Cameron Mitchell
It always is People want sensational news, not reality. Why do you think they are acting like shitzus over trump? They are stark terrified it could be reality, in spite of the fact Mueller has done nothing to Trump.
>Theories: >-Direct comms with Obama officials >-Assassination plot or discussion of one >-Direct comms with Comey Something shocking probably. I wonder if these text messages are more for us rather than the legal process.
Maybe they'll be used to wake up others. Something like a text message is hard to ignore or dispute. No way for the media to spin it.
Jason Wright
Week copy pasta, you totally forgot to tell everyone they are tired & should just sleep now. Go away shareblue.
Q-tards don't understand simple things like chain of custody, but have big elaborate head canon of fake shit that is going on "behind the scenes" (it isn't).
Noah Peterson
Ikr, Page didn't even know how to use her phone correctly. She's constantly asking Strzok how to do something.
Luke Murphy
For sure (((Horowitz))) is dropping red pills 1000% B
Ryan Johnson
>wtf I love the NSA now wtf I love when treason goes unchecked now
If NSA saved the day, fine by me. NSA is likely the only clean institution we have left.
>assuming this involves direct access to the device >implying that evidence has never been corrupted while traversing the chain of custody.
Lucas Cruz
There has never been a "clean institution" in the USA, bluepilled retard. It is a country that was literally founded by Jews for the purpose of tax avoidance.
Daniel Long
That was my point
Jacob Cooper
Was that ever confirmed to be real?
Jason Martinez
When do we get to see what was in this database?
Luke Hill
where does it mention stzrok or page?
Hunter Mitchell
>The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
I notice it doesn't say anything about e-mails, phone calls, and text messages.
Isaac Hall
I'll re roll for you
Levi Evans
Sounds familiar and expands upon the previous OIG report regarding Strzok/Page texts. Get this - OIG used FBI forensics, DOD advisers/software and a private sector consultant to recover thousands of texts from their FBI phones that weren't initially turned over by the FBI. Then OIG lists a couple SC issued iphones that messages could not be recovered from because the phones were factory reset and OIG says "oh well what can you do." Can just factory resetting an iphone really make that data truly unrecoverable? Factory reset beats military intelligence forensic tools? Really? It sounds like a lie. Got to wonder if texts were EVER missing at all. You know since nobody just asked fucking NSA to pull the messages from their database. Let's also see what's on Strzok/Page's "other" phones that we haven't heard about yet.
Nolan Morris
Let’s roll SACW here we come!
Elijah Harris
Technically the FISA court exists to make the NSA's data collection practices constitutional. They can and do collect all communications but typically you'd need a warrant to view the raw intel. So the NSA hasn't done anything wrong if they simply collected the texts and some unknown 'whistleblower' leaked them to someone who could make sure justice prevails. I mean just about everyone could hide behind plausible deniability at the NSA.
Jose Anderson
>Because you need a FISA warrant to view communications of American citizens.
FISA not needed to listen to communications of people that have been issued security clearances. This has been true for decades.
